Application of RPM/RDO Tubular Cartridge Heaters

The totally encapsulated heating elements RPM (jacket heater) and RDO (mandrel heater) are ideal for heating the nozzle and tool of plastic injection moulding machines. The accurate fitting tolerances ensure optimal heat transfer and an homogeneous melt temperature. Tubular Cartridge Heaters are suitable for heating the die and mandrel in tube and rod extrusion. Their robust design also allows for their use in die-cast machines. The proven RPM/RDM Tubular cartridge Heaters are suitable for applications with a requirement for extended operating time and offers proven track records for various applications.
